The DRAFT Whitby Neighbourhood Plan
The DRAFT Whitby Neighbourhood Plan was out for pre-submission consultation between 1st December 2025 and 30th January 2026. It is now CLOSED.
All comments on the draft Neighbourhood Plan were made in writing, either by email, webform or in writing to Whitby Town Council.
A physical copy of the Neighbourhood Plan was available to be read at any of Whitby Library [website], Flowergate Hall [facebook page], or Eastside Community Centre [facebook page].
