Recently we provided an overview of the current NYC Local Plan consultation entitled “Issues and Options”. This is for a Local Plan expected to come into force around 2029.
We have tried to embody as much feedback from the community as possible into our response to NYC.

It has to be noted that this is just the first consultation on this document that will have a long reaching impact on how the county develops. If anyone has further points to add, please do comment here, but also please submit a comment or two on the Local Plan consultation itself.
